          Deferred payment second mortgage

          Must occupy home for length of loan or deferment period

          Income qualification necessary

-Rental Property Rehabilitation Loan Program

          Requires Affordability Agreement for up to 20 years based on investment

          Renters must be income qualified

-Handicap Accessibility Grants

          ADA rehabilitations to make homes accessible to handicapped renter or owner
